It's time for the third entry into the well-established Pathologic 3 — do you think you have what it takes to unravel the mysterious plague haunting this town? Ice-Pick Lodge and HypeTrain Digital's ever-famous Pathologic is back, inviting you once again to cure a plague that no one else seems to be able to.

Take control of Bachelor Daniil Dankovsky, a young doctor with the secret of immortality at his very hands, and the most valuable resource known to humankind in abundance: time. Armed with your knowledge and being a man of science, you'll be tasked with doing the work to ensure the safety of the people in the town... but are you willing to be hated in order to save them?

You have 12 days to stop the lethal plague from spreading, but time isn't a factor to you. Travel to the future to figure out the outcome, travel to the past to alter it, and utilise your present as a bridge to close the gap between the two. Freely change the fate of those around you as you search for answers.
